Job Description

This is a full time-permanent (salaried) position based in Tysons Corner, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and our teams by being accountable for the delivery of Salesforce capabilities.
• Assist with estimating work efforts required for each phase of a project.
• Provide product and technical expertise when scoping out a project and delivering for our clients.
• Reviewing code and solution summaries where appropriate to ensure these adhere to best practice and are fit-for-purpose.
• Participate and lead internal and external learning and sharing activities, including conferences and technical presentations.
• Demonstrable growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems.
• Continuously learn and grow by attaining certifications, attending conferences and professional development.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites for the job:

• Strong understanding to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on SFDC Platform.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in comparable tools and technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce, in a delivery focused role.
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions
• Salesforce certification can substitute for 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience of integration of other systems to the Salesforce platform
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
