Field Service Technician

We are looking for independent contractors for full-time service work. Will have a dedicated territory.

Flexible daily schedules and weekends are available.

Previous experience installing or servicing in customer's home is a plus, but we will work with and train the right technician.

Typical service repairs include, but are not limited to:

Feature Demonstrations, Customer education, Door/Door handle replacement, faucet leaks, stem/cartridge replacement, GFCI resets and replacements, Motor testing/replacement, shower wand repair/replacement and basic cleaning.

Our ideal candidate must have:

• A high energy and positive attitude
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, HVAC and/or plumbing
• Excellent customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn about our products
• Dependable transportation and own tools
• Must be trustworthy and reliable
• Computer/iPad skills preferred
• Plumbing and electrical experience preferred

Technician Requirements:

High school diploma

Driver's License

Own tools AND transportation

Capacity to use discretion when examining installation instructions

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to seek clarification when presented with ambiguous requests

Troubleshooting skills

Available to tend to late callouts on occasion

• On call
