Vehicle Detailing Specialist

As a Vehicle Detailing Specialist at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with your team to enhance pre-delivery processes. You will ensure that every customer vehicle is meticulously prepared and ready for delivery.

What You'll Do

• Clean vehicles in compliance with Tesla’s standards before delivery
• Operate equipment such as buffers, hoses, vacuums, etc. to perform detailed cleaning
• Manage vehicle arrivals, inventory across multiple locations, and safely move and charge vehicles as part of the pre-delivery process
• Coordinate with both internal and third-party logistics providers
• Conduct transportation and pre-delivery inspections
• Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds

Expected Compensation

• Service Support Associate I - $17.85 - $22.54/hour
• Service Support Associate II - $17.85 - $24.79/hour
• Service Support Associate III - $18.02 - $27.03/hour

+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
