Overview of the Financial Analyst Role:
- The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
