• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Uncapped Commission

Overview of the Sales Representative Role:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
• Manage and expand existing client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
